Food Hall

Assisting the M&S design team with the manufacturing and installation of key category hero bays within the food hall to elevate the customer experience. This involves coordinating design details with production teams, ensuring quality and functionality, and overseeing seamless installation to create visually striking, efficient displays that enhance product engagement and customer flow.

Colours can evoke emotions—calming greens for a relaxed atmosphere or energetic pinks —making the environment more engaging, along with an Oink or two from Percy the pig, a Moo from the happy cow or a Cluck from the happy chicken! Clear destination areas provide, clear segmentation of brands or categories, reducing the overwhelm of large spaces and simplifying decision-making. These dedicated areas create a logical flow, allowing customers to find related items easily, improving efficiency and satisfaction.

Influencing the customer journey with pops of colour and clear destination areas, shop-within-shop concepts, enhances the consumer experience by improving navigation, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
